Applications are accepted at any time of the year, but the process of matching with an employer under the H-2B Visa program takes approximately 4-5 months from your initial application to your arrival in the U.S. H-2B Visa start and end dates and job placement dates are subject to seasons and the availability of jobs.

Our Programs

Au Pair USA offers U.S. families the chance to combine cross-cultural exchange with affordable, live-in childcare, provided by young adults from around the world. Au pairs can stay in the United States for up to 2 years under the U.S. government-regulated J-1 Visa program.

Working Abroad offers U.S. students and young adults the chance to participate in work and travel, volunteer, education, language school, teaching English, au pair/childcare, and internship programs around the world. Selected programs are also open to citizens of Australia, Canada, and the European Union.

Camp USA brings pre-screened international camp staff to the United States to work in counselor and support staff positions at U.S. summer camps under the U.S. government-regulated J-1 Visa program.


Career Training USA offers international residents practical training and internship programs with U.S. businesses for up to 18 months. Options are available for those who have already chosen a host company in the U.S. and for those who wish to be placed with a company from our employer network. Practical training positions for those with a chosen career path can last for up to 18 months. Student internship positions can last up to 4 months. Participants arrive under the U.S. government-regulated J-1 Visa program.
